Delivery Information

While we remain committed to shipping in a timely manner, our shipping partners may experience delays due to Coronavirus uncertainties and a higher-than-normal volume of packages. Please contact us at customerservice.us@laderach.com if you have any questions.

Upon completion of your order, you should receive a confirmation of the details via email. An additional email will be sent when you order has been fully processed and is ready to ship; this email will include the tracking number for your reference.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

  • Ground Delivery is free for orders over $129.00 USD. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as there are no Ground shipping option for those states

  • To ensure the shortest time in transit, we only ship orders Monday – Wednesday

  • Orders received after Wednesday morning will be fulfilled through the weekend but will not be sent out until Monday

  • Please allow 1-2 days for fulfilment prior to shipping during the off-peak season and 2-3 days for fulfilment prior to shipping during peak season*

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternate address

*NOTE: Peak seasons include the weeks prior to Valentine’s Day and Easter Weekend and the two weeks prior to Christmas Day.

NOTE: these timelines reflect off-season approximations. During Peak/Holiday Seasons please add a minimum of one business day to the timeline. To protect the quality of your chocolate, we may hold your package for shipping until the following Monday to ensure minimal time held in transit with UPS. 

ORDER EDITS AFTER SUBMISSION

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust any orders once they are submitted. If you require a change, please reach out to customer service (customerservice.us@laderach.com) and they can assist.

PRODUCT INTEGRITY

The maximum weight of deliveries within the US 11.02 lb. We will make every effort to package your items with adequate cooling and padding materials. However please note due to the nature of shipping from time-to-time, damages may occur.  

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING AND HANDLING

An additional handling fee is added during the warmer month because we add extra cooling materials to your order to ensure that we deliver the best quality product possible to you. During warm weather months we do not recommend selecting UPS Ground shipping, as the time in transit is too long. While we will pack additional cooling materials in your shipment, we cannot guarantee the quality of our products will be maintained. We recommend selecting a minimum of a Second Day Air shipping speed when the temperature exceeds 75°F and Next Day Air shipping speed when the temperature exceed 95°F. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the order.
