For pure and honest chocolate enjoyment without chichi. The exclusive delicacies in a handy format will be available in three light varieties and three Grand Cru varieties from 11 May 2021 in Läderach chocolateries and in the online shop worldwide.

Läderach is known for high-quality and varied chocolate specialities. As one of only a few manufacturers, the family business produces the chocolate itself from the cocoa bean to the end product in Switzerland, guaranteeing exceptional freshness and quality. Chocolate lovers can now experience the attention to detail and the special freshness once again with the new, exclusive tablets. The aesthetic packaging in a sliding cardboard box and the fine paper in which the bars are wrapped by hand give a foretaste of the special chocolate that is hidden inside. The aroma is intensely chocolaty, the crunch at the first bite is a reminder of the palpable freshness. And then the taste: this is the finest chocolate. Pure and without any additional ingredients that would distract from the chocolate.

Six different varieties

What particularly distinguishes the chocolate bars are the selected raw materials, the high-quality, handcrafted processing and the melt-in-the-mouth taste. Chocolate lovers get their money’s worth: the bars are available in the three light varieties milk, white and caramel blond chocolate and in the Grand Cru varieties Madagascar 64%, Ecuador 70% and Trinidad 80%. All varieties have one thing in common: they promise a pure chocolate experience at the highest level that will be remembered for a long time.

The cocoa used in this Grand Cru chocolate tablet comes exclusively from Trinidad. With 80% cocoa, it has the highest proportion of cocoa and is the darkest chocolate in our line of chocolate tablets. It has a full-bodied, deeply-roasted cocoa flavour and a dark brown colour. This “tropical” variety features rich roasted aromas and notes of tobacco that are balanced out by a hint of red berries and complex fruity and floral nuances. The chocolate tablet is rounded out by a pleasant, drier finish.
