FrischSchoggi™

Läderach FrischSchoggi™ is available in countless varieties from light to dark. The white chocolate with raspberry-blackberry pieces provides fruity freshness. The milk chocolate with caramelised hazelnuts from Piedmont brings crunchy variety. The single-origin Grand Cru chocolate convinces with its intense cocoa flavour.

Popcorn

Immediately after the corn kernels are "popped" into fluffy popcorn, they are caramelised by hand with real Swiss sugar and finally coated with the finest Läderach chocolate. This is what keeps the noble snack so crunchy and fresh. Perfect for a cosy movie night at home or as a soul-soother between meals.

Masters Collection

The small masterpiece "Chocolate Bonbon" was created by Elias Läderach for the World Chocolate Masters 2018 in Paris and won 1st place in the Praliné category - Läderach's supreme discipline. The "OrNoir Tablet" also made a big appearance. After the two creations conquered Paris, they now delight chocolate lovers in the Läderach chocolateries. Discover this unique experience of pleasure!

This Grand Cru chocolate tablet made exclusively with cocoa from Madagascar and has a cocoa content of 64%. It has a deep brown colour and a silky sheen. Its fruity aroma of fresh limes and light, savory sweetness with a bright, pleasant bitterness lend this chocolate an alluring character. On the tongue, the chocolate releases a bouquet of flavours including citrus fruits, red berries, honey, and delicately roasted island cocoa. The nuances of earthy cocoa, black tea, hibiscus, and rose are sure to delight your taste-buds. The chocolate initially has a smooth, velvety mouthfeel, coupled with a lasting chocolatey finish that lingers deliciously on the palate.

The pure taste in detail

The cocoa used in this Grand Cru chocolate tablet comes exclusively from Trinidad. With 80% cocoa, it has the highest proportion of cocoa and is the darkest chocolate in our line of chocolate tablets. It has a full-bodied, deeply-roasted cocoa flavour and a dark brown colour. This “tropical” variety features rich roasted aromas and notes of tobacco that are balanced out by a hint of red berries and complex fruity and floral nuances. The chocolate tablet is rounded out by a pleasant, drier finish.
